Returns & Refunds

Return claims can be initiated within 3 days of receipt of the product. For initiating a return claim, the buyer must first ship the item(s) to be returned, at our address through a trusted courier service that has an online shipment tracking system. Dinkywhee will not bear the cost of shipping for the returned item(s). You (the buyer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
The buyer must email all details including the order number, email address, name of courier service used, and web tracking number of item(s) shipped, and submit it. Please note, that the Email address must be the same which was used to place the order. Refund shall be processed only if the item(s) are shipped through a courier service that can be tracked online and of which the correct tracking number is submitted with the product return form.
On receipt of the item(s), it will be inspected for quality and usage. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must not be in used or damaged condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be reflected in your store credit. Refunds are not allowed on item(s) purchased through gift cards or gift vouchers.
Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund even after 30 days of receiving an approval email from us, first check your store credit.

In case you want an item to be exchanged, additional shipping charges will be applicable.

If the amount of new item is greater than the initial one, then the price difference has to be paid along with the additional shipping fee. 

If the amount of the initial item is greater than the new one then you will receive a store credit deducting the shipping fee for the new one.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is allowed only before shipping of the products. If you wish to cancel the order, please email to within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note that the color of the products may look slightly different from the website.

In case of sets or hampers, If you have not received the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you had ordered, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hrs from the date of delivery to report the issue. No request will be entertained if the concern is not raised within this period.
